PlaytestCloud was a critical part of our development process on Pet Paradise. We knew who our audience was from the beginning so we were able to get some really deep dive feedback like finding out we need to make the close buttons on our pop-ups bigger because a lot of our users have longer nails. You can’t find out meaningful insights like that from just data.
